Advance payment of 50% amount is compulsory after the booking confirmation and the remaining 50% before starting the journey.

  The payment mode would be considered according to the customer's convenience.

  All our packages, local and outstation are excluded from Toll, Parking and Interstate permit charges. The customer has to pay for these charges.

  Outstation packages are calculated according to the calender day for the given kilometers.

  For the removal and cleaning of the vehicle decoration, Rs-500 extra charges would be added.

  The vehicle's starting time and distance from the garage and the vehicle's ending time and distance to the garage are calculated in both local and outstation packages.

  If there is a billing requirement, GST is added over the total amount of invoice. GST does not apply to the driver's charges (batta), Toll, Parking and Permit.

  Anything ( valuable items, baggage, gadgets) carried by the customer in the journey, should be their responsibility, chauffeurs are not responsible for customer's any belongings.

  In the cancellation policy, 100% payment amount would be refundable for the claim, one week before the trip and 50% amount for the cancellation period of 5 days before the trip.
